Her drive was derived from a family tragedy, where her brother was left disabled after a car accident, Anneka supported her family to get him home and receive quality care. Through doing this she now provides care nationally that she knows will help improve the quality of life.
With doing this she is also building rehabilitation services across the UK with the ethos of supporting families to stay together with quality respite/rehab services offered. Caring isn’t just what she does, it’s who she is.

I have been with Annicare since November 2018. I have been in the Healthcare industry personally for 15 years starting my journey as a Support Worker for children with learning disabilities.
My current role at Annicare is a 180 Admin Recruitment Specialist. My responsibility is to offer administrative and office support to the 180 Recruitment Specialists. I help communicate with both clients and candidates offering the best customer service. I also recruit and interview candidates and complete the compliance process.
It is an honour to help individuals become Annicare Support Workers so they can help care for some of the most vulnerable people in the UK.
I joined Annicare in 2018 supporting vulnerable adults and children across lincolnshire. My work history and experience has primarily centred around managing customer service and retention in care and hospitality fields, also teaching and assessing as an NVQ assessor. I am passionate about customer service and ensuring the customer or client receives the quality service service that they deserve.
I have been at Annicare since jan 2019, I am responsible for supplying healthcare staff to various sectors and services across Lincoln, Louth, Sleaford and Skegness.
I have been in the health care sector for 13years where I started as a care worker working my way up to senior level, to where I am today. A privilege to be able to provide care and support for those in need.
I have the privilege of working for Annicare since January 2019. I have been working in the care industry for nearly 14 years and teaching the last 3 years. Learning never stops and care environments are forever changing. That what makes CARE exciting no two days are the same.

I have been at Annicare for a short period of time, I am responsible for recruitment and compliance. I have been in healthcare for 10 years in which I have progressed from care assistant, senior care to deputy manager of a residential home. Working in care has taught me not only about looking after others but also given me the courage to progress in my career to ensure all staff members give 110% to our clients.
I’ve been at Annicare since November 2018, I’ve worked through the ranks and proudly received the title of General Manager in October 2020.
I am also Annicare’s Registered Care Manager and so oversee all of our regulated care in the community. Having been in the industry for 13 years, I’ll be the first to tell you that no two days are the same! The team at Annicare work together to ensure that, no matter what, our clients get the best possible service. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else .
